Fields

Field	Meaning
`id`	Stable id: program, partner, month the bonus ends
`program`	Program id (amex-mr, chase-ur, capital-one, citi-ty, bilt, wells-fargo)
`partner / partner_id`	Partner name and stable id, shared across programs
`percent`	Bonus percentage (top tier for tiered offers; see notes)
`base, boosted`	Ratios as {from, to}. boosted is always base × (1 + percent ÷ 100)
`starts, ends`	Dates (YYYY-MM-DD) as published
`ends_time, ends_tz`	End time and IANA zone when a source states them
`end_at`	The UTC instant we count down to (conservative when the time is unstated)
`status`	active, announced or ended at the time the file was built
`confidence`	verified (primary source), likely (two secondary sources), conflict (sources disagree)
`sources`	Every source with type (official, cardmember, secondary) and checked date
`conflicts`	Claims from other sources that we did not adopt

Using it

Files rebuild whenever the data changes. Check generated before trusting a cached copy.
Ids are stable; names can change.
Times are only as precise as the sources. Where a source states no time, end_at uses 11:59 PM Eastern.
Valuations are the publishers' opinions, recorded as published with links.
